Job Summary
Lead advanced hydraulic and hydrologic modeling for complex projects, including sewer network verification, integrated model development, and catchment-scale strategic solutions for flooding and pollution risks. Perform hydraulic calculations, establish methodologies, and prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings. Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, act as a checker for model quality and compliance, and support proposal development, scope definition, and budgeting. Ensure adherence to standards, regulations, and client specifications while working autonomously within agreed schedules. Requires 8+ years of experience and proficiency in InfoWorks ICM, InfoAsset Manager, SewerGEMS, and Civil 3D.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in hydraulic modeling and analysis
- Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Engineering, mandatory
- Strong proficiency in hydraulic modelling software: InfoWorks ICM, InfoAsset Manager
- Knowledge of SewerGEMS, InfoWorks WS PRO, WaterGEMS, GIS, and Civil 3D software
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
