Job Summary
Senior Civil Construction Manager / Inspector responsible for managing roadways, utilities, and water/sewer projects; interpret project specifications and plans across disciplines, inspect and coordinate construction work, coordinate schedules, verify projects are completed per project documents, and oversee projects of varying complexity. Travel to diverse job sites in all terrains and weather; use company vehicle and PPE provisions; collaborate with experienced managers and engineers to drive projects to successful completion; contribute to quality in construction management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, 8+ years of construction observation/inspection experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work a flexible schedule. OSHA 10 is preferred. The role supports flexible work arrangements and offers benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or other applicable field
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction observation or construction inspection
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
