Job Summary

Manage, maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot servers for a mixed Windows 2019 and 2022 customer environment while monitoring system performance, hardening servers, and reporting security and operational status. Plan and execute new hardware and software installations, create technical instructions and operating procedures, and recommend improvements to expand and upgrade the current infrastructure. Provide lifecycle support for vendor equipment in the datacenter, including firmware version control and preventive maintenance, while utilizing existing tools to identify problems and corrective actions. Requires Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, five years as a Windows Systems Administrator with Citrix experience, and three years in PowerShell automation. Salary range $100,000.00 - $140,000.00.

Required Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Computing Environment (CE) Certification (i.e., MCSE, Server+, CCNA, RedHat, Palo, etc.)
  • Experience in Computer Science or IT
  • Minimum five or more years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer designing, installing, and maintaining Citrix Xenapp, NetScaler Gateway, Citrix Storefront, and Citrix Director
  • Minimum three years' experience in automating assigned tasks utilizing powershell
  • Minimum three years' installing, configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex applications and websites IIS, Apache, etc
  • Minimum three years' experience working in an environment with complex networking solutions with senior level fundamental knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be a team player

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience
  • Three or more years' experience supporting Cybersecurity patch management and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), SRG, RMF, SCA-V, and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments (CORA)
  • Three or more years' experience managing enterprise level Active Directory Structures
  • Three or more years' experience creating and maintaining complex MS Group Policy implementations
  • Three or more years' experience creating, maintaining, following Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common problem resolution
  • Three or more years' experience configuring and maintaining key services such as DNS, SFTP, SMTP, and NTP

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
