Job Summary
Senior Circuit Design Engineer in Power Modeling and Simulation to join NVIDIA's Circuits Solutions Group. You will participate in innovative processor design in deep submicron technologies, model and simulate analog and digital circuits and power delivery networks from die to platform level, perform block- and system-level simulations to ensure reliability and performance, and mentor junior team members. The role requires experience with electromagnetic and circuit-simulation tools (Ansys, Sigrity, Matlab/Simulink, Spice, verilogAMS), familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso/Allegro and HSpice/Spectre, and scripting in Python/Tcl/Perl. Collaborative global team environment and a focus on delivering robust PDN solutions in power-aware designs.
Required Qualifications
- BSEE (or equivalent experience)
- MS or PhD degree preferred in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 6+ years of experience with modeling and simulation of digital and analog circuits and power delivery networks
- Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (Ansys, Sigrity)
- Experience with Matlab/Simulink, Spice, verilogAMS, mixed-signal RTL+spice, s-parameters
- Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and Allegro; HSpice, Spectre, Primesim, XA
