Job Summary
Senior Children's Residential Care Worker at The Mallards, a three-bedroom children’s home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality residential care, enabling outcomes through recreational activities (cinema, swimming, sports), and supporting young people in a 365-day service with bespoke routines. Must have Level 3 Child Care qualification, a full UK driving licence, and at least 12 months’ experience in children's residential care.
