Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day testing for the Regional Analytical Laboratory to support R&D and Supply, ensuring true and accurate results in a timely manner. Manage daily lab operations, emergencies, and resource allocation while providing backup to the Operations Manager. Identify training needs, update training matrices, and collaborate with the Quality Coordinator to maintain ISO 17025 and Mars Global Laboratory Quality Management System compliance. Deliver technical advice for analyses and create necessary documentation within quality management frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 3 + years of practical chemistry laboratory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (e.g., Food Science, Biology, pharmaceutical)
- Experience working in a production lab environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 17025

- Knowledge of food safety and nutrition
