Senior Chemist

Lead, coach, and develop the HazPack Chemist team while planning, scheduling, and prioritizing daily workloads and resources. Oversee the reception, treatment, and processing of hazardous waste to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, driving continuous improvement across the transfer station. Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate documentation, housekeeping, and inventory. Manage waste flow to maximize efficiency and customer service. This internal opportunity requires an HNC in Chemistry and experience leading teams within the hazardous waste or chemical industry.
