Job Summary
Senior Chef de Partie to join a small, skilled brigade in a London owner-operated restaurant. You will run your section confidently during prep and service, work with quality seasonal ingredients, maintain high standards of preparation and presentation, support junior team members, contribute to menu development and daily operations, and help maintain an organized kitchen environment. There is a clear pathway toward a future Sous Chef position for the right individual. 48-hour contract with Monday–Friday operation, most weekends off, and a Christmas closure. Competitive salary (£35,000–£36,500) plus a performance-related bonus; opportunity for genuine progression and working directly alongside an experienced owner-operator.
Required Qualifications
- Current Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie
- Background within quality fresh-food restaurants
- Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Looking for a long-term home rather than another short-term stepping stone
- Working pattern and 48-hour working week; Monday to Friday operation; most weekends off; Christmas closure
