Job Summary
Planera, koordinera och uppfölja produktionen för komplexa byggprojekt med ett ordervärde på över 1,5 miljarder kronor. Säkerställa att arbetet följer tids-, kvalitets- och kostnadsramar samt NCC:s processer, inklusive val av produktionsmetoder och logistik. Ta huvudansvar för tilldelad personal och resursplanering, med stort fokus på arbetsmiljö och att ingen skadar sig. Arbeta i projektets ledningsgrupp för att driva genomförandet framåt i samarbete med projektledning och nyckelfunktioner. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med flexibel placering och möjlighet att resa.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of production and production management in really large complex construction projects
- Understanding of construction projects and the parameters that affect profitability in a project
- Knowledge of contract law and the consequences different decisions have for production
- Ability to create structure
- Ability to motivate others
- Ability to drive work forward in complex environments
- Proficiency in Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Possibility to travel for the job
- Ability to be available for travel for the job
