Senior Chassis Design Engineer

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end chassis design activities from concept development through detailed design, release, and production launch. Create and modify CAD models, drawings, and specifications; lead DFMEA development and reviews, tolerance analysis, and engineering change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing to validate design feasibility, material and process selections, and quality requirements. Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and issue resolution through to production; ensure compliance with performance, durability, safety, and regulatory requirements with documented evidence throughout the development lifecycle.
