Job Summary
Senior Channel Sales Manager – North America responsible for accelerating revenue growth through Freshworks’ Partner Program by activating high-velocity VAR partners. Lead development and execution of partner growth strategies, articulate compelling value propositions and program benefits, and establish executive-level relationships across partner organizations. Drive demand generation, enablement activities, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize partner-produced and partner-influenced revenue. Own partner business plans for new customer acquisition and expansion, manage a portfolio of partners for high-velocity customer transformation, and socialize Freshworks’ value proposition and partner program to drive pipeline, deals, and closed revenue. Requires a track record building strategic VAR partnerships, the ability to operate at the C-suite level, and travel up to 50%. Bachelor’s degree is not required; 10+ years of SaaS/partnership experience and experience in enterprise ITSM/ITAM preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (not required)
- 10+ years of SaaS or partnership experience
- Track record of building strategic VAR partnerships that generate measurable ARR
- Deep commercial fluency, partner economics, margin structure, and expansion pipeline
- Experience selling or partnering in enterprise ITSM or ITAM environments
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate at leadership levels
- Strong presentation and written skills; able to educate partners and articulate internal value propositions
- Experience working within the cloud category is highly desired
- Proven experience driving revenue through partnerships with structured programs
