Senior Channel Manager

Develop and execute strategic channel sales initiatives for the INNIO Waukesha Engine business across the Americas, managing relationships with distributors, packagers, and service providers to drive revenue growth. Optimize partner performance through strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and capability assessments while building strong connections with key channel partners and end-user customers. Support onboarding, training, and development of partners to ensure alignment with Waukesha standards, collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches. Provide technical and commercial support during the sales cycle, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and forecasts using CRM and analytics tools. Identify new market opportunities, expand channel strategies, and represent Waukesha at industry events and conferences.
