Job Summary

Senior Channel Development Manager to design and execute channel sales strategies, recruit and enable partner ecosystem, drive revenue growth, engage with C-level partners, and collaborate across marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure partners receive resources and competitive advantages. Build executive-level relationships, deliver strategic proposals to senior stakeholders, enable partners through training and tools, and analyze performance to forecast revenue. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in channel development or strategic alliances in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology, plus strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills. The role emphasizes ownership, market expansion, and creating measurable business impact in a fast-growing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 5–7+ years of experience in direct sales, channel development, partner sales, or strategic alliances, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through channel partnerships in a high-performance sales environment
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to leverage data to optimize partner performance and drive business decisions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives that align with X-PHY’s mission and business growth objectives
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
