Job Summary
Lead complex, systems-enabled change by combining deep change management and leadership experience with strong consultancy capability to drive adoption of large-scale transformations. Operate at senior leadership levels to shape strategy while remaining hands-on across multiple projects and workstreams. Manage and deliver simultaneous initiatives, ensuring success is measured by adoption, behaviour change, and business outcomes rather than activity alone. This senior role operates in a hybrid capacity within South Africa, requiring immediate availability for a fixed-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- Proven, handson experience delivering real change management and leadershipled change, ideally within large systems or digital transformations
- Rounded consulting background, with experience operating credibly at senior leadership level
- Strong understanding of how systems, process, behaviour, and culture intersect in transformation
- Highly selfdirected: comfortable working autonomously, using judgement and initiative to drive progress
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver across multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Remote South Africa
- Must be immediately available
Desired Qualifications
- Background in communications, learning, or training design, with the ability to translate complex change into accessible, practical content
- Experience working within matrixed, global, or highly complex organisations
- Familiarity with phased rollouts, large programmes, or portfoliobased change environments
