Job Summary
Lead change management services autonomously on complex programs by taking client briefs, scoping work, and analyzing business structures to propose solutions for organizational impact. Execute plans, schedule activities, and report progress while managing risks and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Evaluate intervention success across adoption metrics and apply Agile, Waterfall, and blended project management methods to support recipients and leaders. This role requires 6–9 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on mentoring junior practitioners.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Change Management roles
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills
- A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice
- A desire and ability to mentor Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team
