Job Summary
Lead and deliver end-to-end change management strategies across strategic initiatives for AustralianSuper's Member Group Delivery, guiding leaders and project teams through complex change, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, effective communications, and successful adoption outcomes. You’ll work across all levels of the organisation and with external partners, driving alignment to business objectives while reinforcing our culture and values. Key duties include developing change management strategies, conducting impact assessments, delivering stakeholder engagement and communications, identifying risks and implementing mitigation, establishing business readiness and adoption measures, partnering on learning programs, coaching senior leaders as sponsors, and integrating change activities into broader project and program plans.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, change management, communications, business or a related discipline
- PROSCI certification preferred

- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status is required.
