Senior Change Management Lead - Finance Transformation

Job Summary
Senior Change Management Lead will drive the people-side of the FOF transformation by developing and executing integrated change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and coordinating cross-functional activities. Responsibilities include leading change strategy and planning, stakeholder engagement and communications, readiness, adoption, and sustainment efforts, training enablement, and execution with performance measurement. The role requires partnering with senior leadership and project teams to gain buy-in, design tailored engagement materials, coach leaders through change, and ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization. Proven ability to influence executives, collaborate across functions, and manage change programs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments is essential. Certifications in change management are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational effectiveness for complex enterprise-level transformations
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Process)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using data and insights to measure adoption and inform change interventions
