Senior Change Management Advisor

Job Summary
Senior Change Management Advisor responsible for leading end-to-end change management strategy and execution for select enterprise-level, strategic, or high-visibility initiatives. Partners with executive sponsors and senior leaders to influence stakeholders, design and implement comprehensive change management strategies, manage risk, and drive adoption and value realization. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement across all levels, impact and readiness assessments, targeted communication and engagement plans, training and enablement in collaboration with Learning & Development, sponsorship strategy development, and governance participation. The role advances enterprise change management capability through standards, tools, templates, and coaching, and requires strong advisory skills, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Work environment is remote with flexible patterns; the role emphasizes collaboration with transformation leaders, practitioners, and leaders to elevate consistency and effectiveness across the organization. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in related fields and experience within or alongside an enterprise change management office/center of excellence, with deep expertise in impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and sustainment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
- 8+ years of experience delivering end-to-end change management for complex, enterprise scale change initiatives
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or equivalent certification
