Job Summary
Senior Change Expert in ING NL Transformation Office: lead and orchestrate end-to-end, high-priority change initiatives in an agile environment. Act as a business partner to structure change initiatives with a clear scope and detailed roadmap, engage stakeholders, and run governance with defined roles and responsibilities. Typically chair project meetings, track daily delivery, identify impediments and risks, and uphold the organization’s values (Orange Code). Requires at least 10 years of experience in managing change in a complex environment, MSc degree, strong IT delivery and banking operations knowledge, and excellent English communication and presentation skills. Job is full-time (40-hour week) with hybrid working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Academic Master’s degree (MSc)
- 10+ years of experience in managing change in a complex environment
- Proven track-record in change and transformation
- Solid understanding and experience in IT delivery and Banking operation
- Excellent level of English
- Excellent speech and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality and delivery drive
- Customer focus and ability to build trust with leadership
- Ability to orchestrate changes across delivery areas and functions
- Ability to chair project meetings and manage governance
