Senior Change Consultant responsible for delivering organisational change across transformation programmes; scope, plan, deliver, and evaluate large-scale change; establish credibility with clients and manage stakeholders; plan projects, mobilise resources, contribute to tenders and proposals; seek opportunities for business growth; teach, coach and raise client capability; experienced in leading complex change across diverse contexts; adept at uncovering organisational needs, applying change models, and supporting technology change (Digital Transformation / M365); proficient in managing multiple projects and facilitating workshops and training for executive and non-executive audiences; operates in a consulting environment with commercial focus; hybrid working arrangement at UK locations Glasgow or Reading.
