Job Summary
Senior Certinia PSA Cloud Administrator to own and hands-on administer Certinia PSA on Salesforce for a mission-critical Professional Services organization. Lead design and delivery of Certinia PSA configurations (projects, milestones, resource scheduling, time/expense, billing, revenue forecasting) and ensure data accuracy across PSA modules. Apply deep PSA domain knowledge to architect scalable solutions, leverage Salesforce Flows, manage security and reporting, stay current with Certinia releases (e.g., Workspaces, Work Planner, Intelligent Staffing, Forecasting), and mentor teams. Serve as primary contact for PSA-related questions, escalations, and training, partnering with Professional Services, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate business goals into technical solutions. Support UAT and change management activities, with strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills to explain designs to technical and business stakeholders. Located in India; role requires senior-level expertise in Certinia PSA Cloud (PSA) and Salesforce, with certifications in PSA System Administration and Salesforce Advanced Admin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform as Senior Consultant, or Senior Admin roles.
- 3+ years of hands‐on Certinia (FinancialForce) experience, focused on PS Cloud (PSA); Customer Success experience strongly preferred.
- PSA System Administration certification is required.
- Salesforce Advanced Admin certification required.
