Job Summary
Senior Central Operations Coordinator to own day-to-day delivery quality and integrity reviews across the business. Responsible for reviewing delivery failures, processing shipper claims, handling disputes, and ensuring decisions are fully documented and defensible. Works within the Delivery Quality & Integrity team to manage workflows, SLA adherence, and cross-functional communications with depots, drivers, and customer outcomes. Emphasizes evidence-based decision-making, process integrity, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to take on broader projects as the company grows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written communication and professional email handling
- High attention to detail and administrative discipline
- Logical decision-making and evidence-based judgement
- Ability to prioritise workload independently and adapt quickly under pressure
- Strong personal accountability and ownership
- Comfort working in a repetitive, process-driven environment
- Experience in logistics or parcel operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with operational systems such as Airtable or Zendesk (preferred)
