Job Summary
Senior Center Director responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Rose Center for Aging Well, including management of daily programming, the nutrition program, transportation services, and administrative functions. Leads staff, volunteers, and partnerships; develops outreach and grant-related activities; ensures client eligibility assessments and data reporting; represents the Center in community and stakeholder forums; maintains program quality and budget compliance; coordinates home-delivered meals where applicable; and drives continuous program development through webinars, trainings, and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, non-profit management, public health or related field or equivalent
- Community outreach experience
- Strong verbal, written, oral and electronic communication skills
- Interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to effectively work with the public, client population and employees at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of computer programs including Microsoft Office, database management and financial software
- Experience in building community partnerships
- Ability to work in multiple locations as needed
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with older adults or in senior services
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative and supervisory experience
