Senior/Cell Leader (Supply Chain)

Job Summary
Lead the team to meet targets for quality and on-time delivery, including overseeing parts sourcing and kitting. Drive root cause analysis when targets are not met. Lead and supervise team members to develop them into a self-directed, multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training. Ensure compliance with CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture. Interface with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance and HR to achieve operational goals and the company’s objectives. Develop performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track performance. Manage material flows across the entire kitting value stream; ensure accuracy in kit assembly and optimize kitting operations for efficiency. Lead and implement kitting transformation aligned to organizational goals. Maintain safety standards and CORE improvements; carry out additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field
- at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
- Able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results
