Job Summary
Monitor CCTV systems in real time across 6 global sites (300 cameras) to detect, document, and immediately escalate suspected information exfiltration or physical safety anomalies. Identify inappropriate conduct, harassment, or suspicious behavior, then follow up on incident reports to ensure proper escalation protocols to the Security Director in Dallas are executed. Audit equipment performance and proactively report technical failures while guiding a Junior Monitor on interpreting anomalies and applying response protocols. Requires 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday with sporadic weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in Monitoring Centers (SOC/NOC), video surveillance, or loss prevention
- Age: 25 to 45 years old
- Advanced proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Fluency in managing multiple screens and Video Management Software (VMS)
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency
- 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (Day or Night shift)
- Sporadic weekend availability
