Job Summary
Senior Category Manager responsible for custodian-style ownership of nominated category/ies, driving omni-channel performance, negotiating trading terms with brand partners, leading end-to-end product launches, planning promotions and in-store activations, managing floorplans and planograms, and partnering with supply chain to ensure product availability for launches and campaigns. Requires extensive brand-management experience in beauty/fashion, a Bachelor’s in business/marketing, and strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills to influence stakeholders and optimize portfolio performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or Marketing
- At least 10 years of Account / Brand Management experience
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence
- Strong analytical skills, and is result-oriented
- A keen interest in the beauty industry with a flair for trends and style
