Senior Category Manager

Senior Category Manager leading Private Label product development and strategy for Foster & Thrive portfolio. Own and execute formulary access, commercialization, pricing, contracts, product data, and content readiness across channels (e-commerce, marketplace, Health Systems, Amazon, Community). Drive cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure access, governance, and revenue objectives. Lead with a data-driven, cross-functional mindset, manage supplier relationships, oversee government pricing processes, and deliver enterprise-wide KPIs while maintaining compliance and brand integrity. Role requires hybrid on-site and remote work with travel around 20% and a minimum on-site presence at Las Colinas office.
