Senior Category Manager GMS Procurement

Job Summary
Lead development and execution of Global Packaging category strategies for Biologics and Pharma manufacturing, including contract negotiation and management to support global category strategies. Develop and implement CIP initiatives, coordinate SRM governance, and drive supplier performance improvements across Global Manufacturing & Supply Procurement. Provide pricing guidance to biologics site procurement teams, support NPI/Transfers, and ensure compliance with Zoetis guidelines while partnering with Quality, EHS, GMT, VMRD, and other functions. Manage ongoing supplier risk modelling, track KPIs, and oversee the global spend (~$140M) with a focus on cost reduction, supply assurance, and continuous improvement across a global matrix organization. Based in Dublin, Ireland with global travel (<20%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/ Biochemistry / Molecular Biology / Chemical Engineering/ Procurement & Supply Chain (MBA preferable)
- 5+ years in Pharma/Bio-Pharma procurement or category strategy development
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across global teams
- Knowledge of Global Packaging materials supply for Pharma/Biologics
