Job Summary
Lead category strategy development and advanced analytics aligned with customer business goals and growth expectations. Execute space planning and modular drawings for Walmart annually, providing insights on assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising to drive business results. Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reporting on market share, new item volume transfers, competitor performance, and share/price gaps. Conduct market visits to determine competitive retailer strategies and tactics, generating actionable recommendations for brand development and customer penetration. Requires 1+ years of sales/marketing experience, proficiency in Excel and JDA, and 10% travel. Base pay ranges from $82,800 to $115,925 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Sales/Marketing/Sales Strategy experience
- Pattern of initiative
- Strong skills using technical tools, such as Excel, Circana, Panel, Customer POS, Space Planning (JDA) etc.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills

Desired Qualifications
