Job Summary

Own and improve catalog data completeness across assigned areas of the Chewy catalog, ensuring item-level data is accurate, complete, consistent, and usable for customer-facing experiences, internal operations, and business decision-making. Serve as a subject matter expert independently overseeing a specific body of work or process across 1–2 high-visibility, high-complexity areas. Partner with technical teams to drive systems improvements, AI-enabled workflows, automation opportunities, and elegant analytical tools with a high degree of autonomy. Develop standard operating procedures, process documentation, reporting mechanisms, and governance routines that improve consistency, scalability, and accountability. Communicate metrics, data insights, completeness trends, AI-enabled opportunities, and business impact to leaders in a way that informs prioritization and decision-making.
