Job Summary
Oversee and complete daily reconciliation of client and firm cash positions within AutoRek, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal control standards. Lead the investigation and resolution of reconciliation breaks by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, documented fixes. Produce and distribute daily liquidity and cash management MI reports while liaising with the Treasury and Financial Control teams to monitor compliance with client money regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reconciliation and payment processing, and support the implementation of the Treasury Management System and on-boarding of new products. Coordinate with internal and external audit activities, including CASS audits, to ensure accurate documentation and process narratives. Maintain and review procedures manuals and control frameworks to reflect current practices and meet regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Financial Services
- Prior exposure to reconciliation
- Prior exposure to cash management
- Prior exposure to Treasury Management System
- Minimum BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in reconciliation
- Experience in financial systems
- Experience in Treasury Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders
