Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. Coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment. This 12-month full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum two years of workers' compensation case management experience. DXC Technology's Insurance Software and BPS division helps insurers modernize core operations using AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Empathy: Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support
