Job Summary
Independently manage a high-value pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, handling complex catastrophic cases including commercial vehicle claims, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, surgical cases, and wrongful death claims. Coordinate and monitor all aspects of client medical treatment and recovery by reviewing medical records, bills, and treatment recommendations. Identify available insurance coverage, work closely with attorneys to develop case strategy and maximize settlement value, and prepare comprehensive case summaries for demand packages. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts while maintaining accurate documentation. Mentor junior case managers and assist leadership with workflow improvements. This full-time, in-person role at MOET Law Group in Irvine, CA requires relocation and offers a competitive salary range of $65,000–$85,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury case management experience
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value personal injury cases
- Experience handling commercial insurance policies and commercial vehicle accident claims
- Strong knowledge of traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal injuries, surgical cases, and catastrophic injuries
- Experience working on seven-figure and high-exposure claims
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage analysis and liability evaluation
- Excellent client service, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to commute to Irvine, CA
- Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA prior to start date
Desired Qualifications

- Experience using CASEpeer or similar personal injury case management software
- Experience mentoring or training junior case managers
