Job Summary
Senior Case Manager focused on Treasury Managed Fund/workers' compensation claims for government clients. Manage claims from inception to finalisation, maximize return to work and health outcomes, and lead projects to improve claims results. Build and sustain relationships with injured claimants, families, legal and medical professionals; coach others to develop these skills; assess treatment and rehabilitation needs; identify trends for risk management and policy improvements; demonstrate strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills, with a passion for applying emerging technologies in a digital environment. Hybrid work arrangement in North Sydney with Allianz.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses relevant medico-legal qualifications and experience in bodily injury claims processes across insurance, legal, medical, or complex customer service sectors.
