Job Summary
Assess client eligibility, triage incoming cases, and provide direct case management services to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Lead the HIV case management team, oversee daily program operations, and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures. Participate in program and division meetings while maintaining professional boundaries with clients, staff, and service providers. Complete all documentation by deadlines and attend mandated annual training. This full-time hybrid role supports JRI Health's RISE program in the Metrowest area, offering confidential screening, medical support, and housing assistance. Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- human services, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of three years' experience with target population served
- administrative responsibilities
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Must demonstrate strong team leadership

- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with large teams on multiple projects

Desired Qualifications

- Experience working directly with LGBTQIA+ people
