Job Summary
The Senior Case Manager will manage a portfolio of complex Workers’ Compensation claims from end to end, developing and implementing tailored return-to-work and injury management strategies. A key responsibility includes providing expert advice on liability and entitlements while liaising with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes. Candidates are required to have demonstrated experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management and strong knowledge of relevant legislation. Skills in communication, negotiation, and decision-making are vital, along with the ability to mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management at a senior level
- Strong working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation legislation and frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex claims and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
Desired Qualifications
- Allied health or injury management background (e.g. rehab, physio, OT)
- Experience in mentoring others
