Job Summary
Lead the care team by delegating duties, supervising staff, and mentoring colleagues. Support medication administration and manage stock levels while updating care plans and risk assessments. Liaise with GPs, district nurses, and families to coordinate resident needs. Foster a warm, welcoming environment that respects the dignity and preferences of residents. This role requires NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, medication training, and experience as a Senior Carer in a care home setting. Required Qualifications
