Senior Caregiver – Rogers, AR

Senior Caregiver sought by a private family in Rogers, AR for a part-time in-home caregiving role supporting an aging loved one with dementia. Responsibilities include ensuring medication is taken, providing companionship, transportation to activities/appointments within 15 miles, light meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, smoke-free environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday with 3-hour mid-morning shifts and some flexibility. Qualifications include at least 1 year of memory-care experience; CPR and First Aid preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to work in the United States with background check. Compensation is $20-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience; Wellthy notes family is private and hires directly.
