Job Summary
Provide in-home senior caregiving to help clients maintain independence: assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and mobility, provide medication reminders, prepare meals, offer companionship and emotional support, observe changes in conditions, and communicate updates to the care team and family. Requires caregiving experience; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Flexible schedule with 4–12 hour shifts; competitive hourly pay ($17–$19) and benefits including health coverage, training, and bonuses. Consistent client assignments where possible.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience is required
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable work ethic
- CPR and First Aid certification are a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
