Job Summary
Provide concierge-level care, companionship, and meaningful engagement for older adults. Assist with personal care, activities of daily living, and prepare meals. Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities. Follow individualized care plans and complete daily documentation. Shifts include daytime, overnight, and live-in assignments (3–4 days per week). Hourly pay starts at $26, with live-in rates at $350/day. Requirements include two years of senior caregiving experience and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of one-on-one senior caregiving experience
- HHA, CNA, or any other Certification related to Senior Home Care
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
- CPR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong communication and client service skills
