Job Summary
Nursing student role in Westwood, MA providing in-home care under RN supervision. You will assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming), mobility transfers, light exercise or walking, meal preparation, and medication reminders, plus companionship and engagement to improve quality of life. Training is provided; opportunity for advancement into client relations, scheduling, or recruiting. Required Qualifications
- Nursing student seeking patient care experience
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in home care or similar setting is a plus but not necessary
- Strong communication and caring nature
- Ability to follow a care plan and provide patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks
