Job Summary
Senior Care Assistant (Nights) required to support older people in a Lancashire care setting. Must hold NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3, with demonstrated experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care. Role involves night shifts, pro rata part-time hours, and opportunities to progress within Lancashire County Council’s care services.
