Job Summary
Provide high-quality, person-centred care including supporting clients with personal care, medication, hot meals, hydration, and light household tasks. Offer companionship, reassurance, and meaningful conversation while confidently adapting to different clients and home environments. Support new and current Care Professionals through support visits and competency assessments. Maintain continuity of care by building long-term relationships with clients and the team across Swindon, Highworth, and the Vale of White Horse. Requires a full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and availability for alternate weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel across the Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas
- Aged 18+
- Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
