Job Summary
Senior Care Assistant responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community, leading by example, supervising and mentoring Care Assistants, conducting needs and risk assessments, collaborating with Care Coordinators for rota planning, shadowing new starters, performing observations and competency checks, and participating in multidisciplinary reviews to maintain high standards of care. Requires driving with a full UK licence and access to own vehicle; shifts are 9am-5pm with on-call duties and weekend work in Belfast.
