Job Summary
Lead the full federal capture lifecycle for strategic DoD and Federal Civilian pursuits, managing IDIQs, GWACs, and complex task orders from qualification through award. Collaborate with executive leadership to align capture strategies with corporate growth objectives, developing plans, competitive assessments, and win themes. Identify and negotiate teaming arrangements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support proposal development including executive briefings. Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to drive bid/no-bid decisions and improve win probability. Maintain accountability for pursuit readiness, action item tracking, and execution milestones. On-site in McLean, VA every Wednesday; must be a U.S. citizen with security clearance.
Required Qualifications

- Must be on-site in McLean, VA every Wednesday
- Must have ten (10+) years of federal capture management experience leading opportunities from qualification through award
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Government, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Ten (10+) years of federal capture management experience supporting DoD and/or Federal Civilian agencies
- Demonstrated success leading captures from qualification through proposal submission and contract award
- Experience supporting IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, task orders, and complex federal procurements
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and proposal development practices
- Experience developing teaming strategies and managing subcontractor and partner relationships
- Ability to conduct market, customer, competitive, and procurement analysis and effectively brief executive leadership
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills with experience managing multiple concurrent pursuits
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Army, Navy, USAF, and Federal Civilian agencies
- APMP, Shipley, or equivalent capture/proposal certifications
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, cybersecurity, or professional services procurements
- Established relationships within DoD and Federal Civilian organizations
