Job Summary
Lead the BD team on top federal government pursuits by meeting with customers to identify key requirements and develop competitive win strategies. Negotiate teaming agreements and strategic alliances while collaborating with the Solutions team to align offerings with Price to Win goals. Build and manage teams to execute comprehensive capture plans, advise on color team reviews, and leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders and the legislative process. Requires 10 years of federal government procurement experience and a proven track record of successful captures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant business, technical, or professional field of study
- 10 years total experience in federal government procurement
- Proven track record of successful captures in Government Contracting
- Understanding of legislative process
- Existing relationships with outside stakeholders to include key customers and community stakeholders
