Job Summary
Drive opportunities from capture decision to contract award by managing bid strategies and overseeing technical, management, and cost strategies. Identify needs for teaming partners, support RFP shaping, and articulate solutions required to win government contracts in the US market. Lead business development teams through the capture process, including customer contact, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and bid team structuring. Develop value propositions, win strategies, and offer designs while managing proposal product development, submissions, and final revisions. Target new business growth, sustain core markets, and develop responses to RFIs and Sources Sought. Prepare capability statements and present new business information to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten (10) years of Capture Management experience with proven capability to execute a capture strategy and win pursuits
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven capability to act as a Senior Capture Manager for various size pursuits
- Experienced with rapid IDIQ task orders and responses to short deadlines
- Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop proposal objectives from vaguely defined requirements
- Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive customer and industry participant networks
- Experience supporting a diverse set of customers such as the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Commerce, and Intelligence community
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a wide range of technical service offerings to include security, biometrics, technical innovations, and support services
