Job Summary
The Senior Capacity Planning Manager is responsible for establishing key performance indicators and benchmarks for logistics capacity planning, analyzing driver performance, and developing workforce planning tools for last mile and middle mile operations. Key tasks include preparing manpower and asset planning models, connecting with Sales & Operations Planning for sales forecasts, and supporting the implementation of capacity forecasting tools. Essential qualifications include over 8 years of logistics experience, data processing skills for business models, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in tools like Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and SQL/Python.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in logistics last mile and middle mile
- Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models that support business decisions
- Strong communication skills across various contexts
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, Tableau and SQL/Python
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in planning and project management
