Job Summary
Collaborate with Client Operations, agency partners, and platform providers to drive KPI success for digital media campaigns across biddable and social channels. Oversee execution of locally targeted media initiatives, conduct full performance analysis, and troubleshoot delivery issues while developing structured training plans and standard procedures. Establish workflows for internal and global team collaboration, mentor staff, and deliver optimization strategies that align with client objectives. Identify procedural improvements to enhance team capability and implement industry best practices. This role supports the Central Activation US team in executing data-informed media for Publicis Media clients, requiring experience with Trade Desk, Amazon DSPs, Meta, and Pinterest.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of online advertising experience, with professional experience in the biddable media space doing bid management, campaign management or digital operations
- Experience collaborating with global counterparts for support
- Experience buying and planning within Social platforms including Meta and Pinterest as well as Programmatic platforms including Trade Desk and Amazon
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficiently
- Deep understanding of reporting metrics, how they interrelate so as to be able to guide the team to effectively leverage those levers
- Working knowledge of ad tech platforms, manual bidding platforms, APIs, etc.
- Strong relationship building, diplomacy, and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
