Job Summary

Senior Campaign Manager responsible for developing and owning scalable, integrated content strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement across the EMEA region. Key duties include defining messaging, audience targeting, channel orchestration, and measurement frameworks; developing customer lifecycle hypotheses and test-and-learn roadmaps; ensuring brand consistency across multiple European markets; synthesizing insights into actionable communication plans; establishing KPIs and collaborating with analytics to track results; coordinating with channel leads and delivery teams to align objectives across paid and owned channels; translating strategic direction into execution-ready briefs; leading post-launch reviews to drive creative optimization; partnering with Creative Delivery on timelines and feasibility. Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading integrated consumer marketing strategies and managing multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced agency or brand environments
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and delivering high-quality creative work
  • Experience managing multi-marketplace campaigns and guiding cross-functional teams in a global or regional matrix
  • Strong familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks and using data to guide decisions and optimisation
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to build new frameworks, processes, and campaign models from scratch
